Bridal Preview
To ensure you look and feel your best on your wedding day, we recommend booking a bridal preview with us. During the preview, we'll work together to bring dream bridal look to life, leaving you feeling confident and beautiful. It's best schedule the preview 1-3 months before your wedding, once you have your veil, jewelry, hairpieces, and hair extensions ready. Just bring these items, and we'll take care of everything else!

We want to be able to provide the best services for our brides and clients, which is why we have multiple level stylists to service you and your bridal party.
Below you will see two different pricing packages depending on the level artists you are desiring.
** Silver Pricing is for the brides that don't mind "beginner" stylists working at their wedding. These stylists are Junior stylists.
Diamond Pricing is for the brides that want experienced stylists and don't mind spending more for the time, quality and experience that these stylists have. These stylists are Senior and Master stylists.
It is important to know that you may only pick one package pricing.
For example, the bride cannot pick diamond pricing for her services and silver pricing for her bridal party members. All clients and services requested must be in ONE pricing category.
Our Curls Only options, Groom Style & Touch Up and Young Member Styles
are the same pricing no matter the level that services you.
** Silver pricing/Junior stylists do not have as much availability.
While we strive to offer this affordable option to our brides, we cannot guarantee they will be
available every weekend for multiple weddings.

Our esteemed Senior and Master stylists bring a wealth of experience, ranging from four to seven plus years in the bridal industry. They have expertly mastered the sought-after techniques that brides desire, excel in providing exceptional client care, and consistently deliver sophisticated and elegant styles with exceptional precision.

We do not charge extra to place any extensions.

Glamour Waves
Glamour waves are recognized as a hairstyle within our company. While we are essentially curling your hair, this style requires a specific technique to ensure everything aligns perfectly, which ultimately demands more time and precision.
Glamour Waves have gained immense popularity, and we’d like to share some important details about this style.
1. Glamour Waves are designed to remain cohesive, meaning they won’t move individually when you shake your head, unlike regular curls that appear more "flowy."
2. This style requires meticulous work, which is why we classify it as a hairstyle.
3. A significant amount of product is needed to keep the waves intact, so your hair may feel product-heavy.
4. Many images of this hairstyle feature individuals with hair extensions to enhance fullness and secure the curls.
5. We recommend renting our hair extensions or bringing your own unless your hair is naturally thick.
6. If your hair struggles to hold curls, we advise against this style, as we cannot guarantee its longevity. For bridal previews, we suggest trying the style beforehand to see if it holds well.

What locations do you service?We service multiple different states and have stylists in each state. At the very bottom of this page, you will see your state with the home base locations. * Travel fees are $.75 per mile both ways, 20 miles outside of the homebase location closest to your location for services desired. * If there are parking fees, tolls, ferry fee's or any other type of parking fee a stylist may have for your wedding the bride is responsible for paying this fee. * If your wedding timeline starts at or before 7am and the stylists have to travel more than an hour and 45 minutes to your location, we will require a hotel room or an Airbnb for the stylists. For a quote, please fill out the Contact Us form.

How do I reserve my date?First start by filling out our Contact Us form at the very bottom of this page. We will need to have an idea of how many people are needing services, where the services are being done, what your wedding date is and a few more details to get started. Once we have all this information from you, we will contact you via email with our availability and any of the questions you may have had, you will also receive a proposal packet with everything you need to know including a contract that you can fill out if you wish to use our services. In order to secure your date, you MUST fill out our contract, submit a $50 deposit and provide a credit card for us to hold on file. All of this will secure your date and put you on our calendar. ** If we do not have these three things, we cannot secure your date and it will remain open for other inquiring brides. A signed contract alone does not secure your date.**

What is your cancellation policy?* The Bride may cancel this entire contract within 60 days prior to the wedding date listed above, by giving a written notice with a signature to Megan Nickerson, but in doing so The Bride forfeits the deposit paid, or any money already paid towards the services (if paying by payment plan). * If the entire contract is cancelled after the 60-day period 50% of the contracted services/quoted services on this contract will be due and charged to the card on file. *During the confirmation period (SIX weeks before the scheduled wedding day) if more than 30% of the contracted services are cancelled, there will be a 25% compensation fee for those services due and added to the final invoice. *If the entire contract is cancelled 30 days prior to the wedding date listed above, 80% of the contracted services/quoted services on this contract will be due and charged to the card on file. *Once the final invoice is paid 2 weeks before the scheduled wedding day listed above, if The Bride cancels any or all services on this contract or invoice, it is agreed a loss suffered by Megan Nickerson and The Blushing Bride Glam Team. Due to such cancellation the final payment will not be returned. *By signing this agreement, you are giving Megan Nickerson and Blushing Bride Glam authorization to charge the card on file only if you shall cancel any or all services within the guidelines of our cancellation policy as listed above. Additionally, there will be a 3.5% processing fee added to the final total of the cancellation fee for running a credit or debit card. *It is Blushing Bride Glam's obligation to provide services, however due to the unavailability of the artist(s) as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the artist(s) control, if such events should occur, Blushing Bride Glam will first try to send out replacement artist(s). If Blushing Bride Glam is unable to find a replacement, we will issue a full refund of proposed services. Blushing Bride Glam is acting as a non-exclusive independent contractor for The Bride. If Blushing Bride Glam dismisses this contract, the agreement will be void with no additional monies due.

Can I add on services the day of the wedding?Yes, you may add services that were not originally on the contract the day of your wedding. It is easier to add these services before the wedding because we can adjust the timeline as needed to accommodate them. On the day of the event, any additional services will be at the discretion of the stylists onsite; they will assess if there is enough time to perform the extra services without disrupting the schedule. This ensures we can maintain the quality and timing of all services provided. The services that were on the contract must be done first before we can do any additional add on services.

Should I do a bridal preview?Yes! We always suggest doing a bridal preview because we can take more time to talk to you to figure out exactly how you want to look on your wedding day. Doing a bridal preview before your wedding day also gives us time to do multiple looks if needed, that way come the day of the wedding we both already know exactly what you want. Typically, we suggest doing a bridal preview 1-3 months before the wedding. When sticking with this timeline brides usually have their dress, veil, jewelry and hairpieces. What should you bring to your bridal preview? Please bring inspo pictures, veil, jewelry, hairpieces and extensions. Where do bridal previews take place? We are currently in the process of renovating our salon location in Northern Michigan! For all other locations, you may go to the stylist's salon or home, they can travel to your home or bnb/hotel if you are not local. (There may be a travel fee) Please allow 1.5-2.5 hours for a bridal preview.

Do you have a minimum number of services we have to meet in order to book your team?We provide our services to anyone and all bridal party sizes. However, our minimum without a fee is five services. If you have less than 5 services, there will be a convince fee added to the final invoice. Brides only: 30% 2-3 services: 25% 4 services 20%

How many stylists will attend my wedding day?The number of stylists that will service your wedding day depends on the number of services needed the day of the wedding and your overall wedding day timeline. This will all depend on the details you have on your contract. Typically, we send out 2-3 stylists per wedding.

How many weddings do you take a day?In each state and homebase location we can accommodate 2-4 weddings per day. This number can change depending on the party size, however. We will never over book our days no matter how much we want to help every bride. We try to keep our calendar up to date, so even if your date is "booked" please reach out to us to see what we can do!

Do you only service weddings?No, we can provide hair and makeup for any event or occasion! We have serviced, proms, birthdays, engagement photoshoots, boudoir photoshoots, date nights and even little girl's birthday parties.

How long does each service take?Typically hairstyles and makeup applications take about 45 minutes each. When you book a wedding with us our contract has very specific questions to make sure we have enough time to get to each person on the contract. Start times will vary on the wedding party size. We also like to leave some time for touchups and time for the bride and bridal party to relax before the ceremony or pictures.

What is the difference between Traditional Makeup and Airbrush Makeup?The main difference is what type of foundation is used and how that foundation is applied. With Traditional Makeup the foundation that is used is a cream consistency foundation. This type of foundation is applied either by a sponge or brush depending on the stylist's preference. It has a medium-full coverage starting point so is great for those who want to cover blemishes. Traditional makeup lasts all day and night long similar to Airbrush foundations. Airbrush foundation is thinner than Traditional cream foundation. It has the consistency of milk and is applied only by using an air stylist/gun. Because airbrush is a thinner consistency than the traditional cream foundation your stylist will be able to control exactly how much is needed to cover your face with your desired end coverage in mind. The best thing about airbrush is we can control this coverage. Airbrush is very lightweight so once dried truly feels like you have nothing on your face. It also lasts all day and all night long, similar to Traditional cream foundations. If you are still on the fence about which foundation makeup service is right for you, please don't hesitate to ask! All of our stylists are very knowledgeable and would love to help you pick the right service for the wedding day.

Do you provide false lashes?YES! False lashes are our favorite. We love adding them to all looks as it just completes everything. Lashes are included with all makeup services. Each stylist has their own brand they like but usually come with multiple different options for you to choose from.

Do you provide lip products?Yes, both of our full makeup services include lip products. Please be aware though that each stylist will have different lip products and shades. All of our makeup artists have lip sticks, glosses and liners. If you have a specific lip combo you want, please bring this the day of your preview and/r the day of the wedding. We do suggest applying lip products "at the last minute" because once you apply the lip product you do unfortunately have to keep re-applying all night long.

Do you provide touch-up kits?Yes! Each person to receiving hair and or makeup serivces will be left with a basic touch up kit. If you want to ensure full quality of your services, you can add our bridal touchup baskets.
