We believe in making the whole engagement process easy and stress-free. We reply to every inquiry within 24–72 hours and create a client portal where we send a contract that includes a full list of services and pricing, so you can pick exactly what you want, see your total, and book us right away—all in one simple packet.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll immediately get a welcome packet with all the details about us and the process. We’ll also set up phone calls to chat through your vision, answer questions, and make sure you feel totally prepared throughout your time with us.
Along the way, we send helpful packets and reminders so that nothing gets missed and everything is ready for you. From start to finish, we’re by your side with guidance, organization, and a whole lot of care—so you can relax, enjoy, and feel amazing when the big day arrives.
