    We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

    • You contacted us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
    • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Hair accessories, brushes, or hair tools once opened or used.
    • Makeup products or beauty kits.
    • Customized or special-order bridal items.

    2. How to Request a Return
    To request a return, please email us at

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

    Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

    3. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • If you received free shipping, a small restocking fee may apply.

    4. Exchanges

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
    Exchanges are only offered for the same item (if still available).

    5. Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    6. Non-Returnable Items

    1. Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
    During peak bridal seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

    Please note: Custom or pre-order items may require additional time. Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page.

    2. Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display after shipment. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please reach out to us at blushingbrideglamsquad@gmail.com.

    3. Shipping Addresses

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Blushing Bride Glam is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

    4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

    We want every bride to receive her order safely. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged: Contact us immediately at blushingbrideglamsquad@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate or replace your package when possible. Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

    Items If your order includes a custom or pre-order item, your entire order will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged. Need your items sooner? Email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
