1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contacted us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hair accessories, brushes, or hair tools once opened or used.
- Makeup products or beauty kits.
- Customized or special-order bridal items.
2. How to Request a Return

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received free shipping, a small restocking fee may apply.
4. Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
Exchanges are only offered for the same item (if still available).5. Cancellations

During peak bridal seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.Please note: Custom or pre-order items may require additional time. Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page.
2. Order TrackingOnce your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display after shipment. 3. Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Blushing Bride Glam is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
