What locations do you service?At Blushing Bride Glam, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch bridal services across multiple states, ensuring that you have access to skilled stylists no matter where your big day takes place. To ensure transparency, we have a straightforward travel fee policy: a charge of $0.75 per mile applies for round-trip travel beyond a 20-mile radius from the nearest homebase location. Additionally, any parking fees, tolls, ferry charges, or similar expenses incurred by the stylist are the responsibility of the bride. For early morning weddings, if the start time is before 7am and the travel time exceeds an hour and 45 minutes, we kindly request accommodation arrangements such as a hotel room or Airbnb for our stylists. To receive a detailed quote tailored to your specific needs, please complete the Contact Us form on our website. We look forward to making your wedding day as beautiful and stress-free as possible.

How do I reserve my date?To begin the process of securing our services, please fill out our "Contact Us" form. This form will gather essential information such as the number of people requiring services, the location of the event, and your wedding date, among other details. Once we receive your submission, we will reach out to you via email with our availability and address any questions you might have. Along with our response, you will receive a proposal packet that includes all necessary information and a contract. To secure your date, it is imperative that you complete the contract, submit a $50 retainer, and provide a credit card for us to hold on file. These steps will confirm your reservation and ensure you are added to our calendar. ** If we do not have these three things, we cannot secure your date and it will remain open for other inquiring brides. A signed contract alone does not secure your date.**

What is your cancellation policy?* The Bride may cancel this entire contract within 60 days prior to the wedding date listed above, by giving a written notice with a signature to Megan Nickerson, but in doing so The Bride forfeits the deposit paid, or any money already paid towards the services (if paying by payment plan). * If the entire contract is cancelled after the 60-day period 50% of the contracted services/quoted services on this contract will be due and charged to the card on file. *During the confirmation period (SIX weeks before the scheduled wedding day) if more than 30% of the contracted services are cancelled, there will be a 25% compensation fee for those services due and added to the final invoice. *If the entire contract is cancelled 30 days prior to the wedding date listed above, 80% of the contracted services/quoted services on this contract will be due and charged to the card on file. *Once the final invoice is paid 2 weeks before the scheduled wedding day listed above, if The Bride cancels any or all services on this contract or invoice, it is agreed a loss suffered by Megan Nickerson and The Blushing Bride Glam Team. Due to such cancellation the final payment will not be returned. *By signing this agreement, you are giving Megan Nickerson and Blushing Bride Glam authorization to charge the card on file only if you shall cancel any or all services within the guidelines of our cancellation policy as listed above. Additionally, there will be a 4.4% processing fee added to the final total of the cancellation fee for running a credit or debit card. *It is Blushing Bride Glam's obligation to provide services, however due to the unavailability of the artist(s) as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the artist(s) control, if such events should occur, Blushing Bride Glam will first try to send out replacement artist(s). If Blushing Bride Glam is unable to find a replacement, we will issue a full refund of proposed services. Blushing Bride Glam is acting as a non-exclusive independent contractor for The Bride. If Blushing Bride Glam dismisses this contract, the agreement will be void with no additional monies due.

Can I add on services the day of the wedding?Adding services on the day of your wedding is possible, but it's advisable to make such adjustments beforehand to ensure a smooth timeline. If you decide to request additional services on the day, it will depend on the discretion of the stylists present. They will evaluate whether there's enough time to accommodate these without affecting the existing schedule. This approach helps maintain the quality and timing of all planned services. It's important to note that any services initially included in the contract will be prioritized before any additional requests can be accommodated.

Should I do a bridal preview?A bridal preview is an essential step in preparing for your wedding day, as it allows you to collaborate with your stylist to perfect your dream look. Scheduled 1-3 months before the wedding, this session offers ample time to experiment with different styles and ensure every detail aligns with your vision. When attending your bridal preview, bring inspiration photos, your veil, jewelry, hairpieces, and extensions to provide a comprehensive view of your desired appearance. These previews can occur at the stylist's salon, their home, or even your location if you are not local, though travel fees might apply. Typically lasting between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, this session is an opportunity to fine-tune your bridal look, leaving you confident and stress-free on your big day.

Do you have a minimum number of services we have to meet in order to book your team?We are delighted to offer our services to bridal parties of any size, ensuring that every detail is perfect for your special day. To better accommodate varying needs, please note that our minimum requirement for services without an additional fee is five. Should you require fewer than five services, a convenience fee will be applied to your final invoice. Our pricing structure is designed to offer flexibility: One service only will have an added 30% to the final invoice, parties requesting 2-3 services will have an added 25% to the final invoice, and those opting for 4 services will have an added 20% to the final invoice. We are committed to making your wedding experience as seamless and memorable as possible.

This largely hinges on the number of services you need, your photograph timeline, and a few other wedding day details. Your overall wedding day timeline and schedule will also be considered, as it dictates how early preparations should start to have everyone ready without a rush. Typically, our team sends out 2-3 stylists per wedding, allowing for efficient service and attention to detail, ensuring you and your bridal party look stunning for your big day. The specifics of this arrangement are detailed once we have confirmed services and wedding details 8 weeks before the wedding.
