  • To ensure a seamless experience, begin by consulting with your client to understand their desired look and the color of their hair. Once you have this information, browse through our available colors and shade selections to find the perfect match or complement for their hair. We offer lengths in 14", 16", 18" and 20" while working on adding 22" and 24". All these lengths have a wide variety of different colors and shades to best match our clients. 

    After selecting the appropriate length and color, add the chosen extensions to your cart. Ensure that you include crucial details like the client's name and their wedding date.
    This information will help streamline the shipping process and ensure timely delivery. Once everything is ready, proceed to checkout, and anticipate the arrival of the extensions, which will help your client achieve their dream look on their special day.

  • Instructions for Bridal Previews and Wedding Day Hair Extensions

    Bridal Previews:

    Our clients have two convenient options when it comes to handling hair extensions:

    Removing Extensions Before Leaving:

    • If your client prefers not to take the extensions home, feel free to capture as many photos as needed with the extensions in place.

    • Afterward, carefully remove the extensions and return them to us using the original mailing envelope.

    • We will reimburse you for any shipping costs. There's no need to wash or clean the extensions, as our team will handle that at the main office.

    Wearing Extensions Home:

    • Should the client choose to wear the extensions home, provide them with the care card, bag, and hanger included with the extensions.

    • Ensure payment is collected using our provided payment links if it hasn't been made prior to the preview.

    • Once payment is confirmed and photos are taken, they can take the extensions home and return them according to the instructions on the care card.

    For The Wedding Day:

    • All extensions will be prepaid in advance.

    • Style the client’s hair with the extensions and provide them with the care card, bag, and hanger for proper maintenance and return instructions.

    • The care card will guide them on how to return the extensions post-event.
       

    Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for both you and your clients, providing flexibility and ease throughout the process.
