* Please arrive with a clean face! Before sitting down in your stylist's chair please remove all makeup, dirt and oil with a makeup remover. Please focus on the eyes. We want to have a clean pallet to work on. We do carry makeup remover wipes with us just in case. 

* You may use lotion, primer, eye cream or anything else you typically use on your face in your makeup routine. Please just make sure your face is dry before we start. 

* Please tell us what you don't like. As makeup artists there are things we love and things we really don't like. But we are not mind readers, we will ask you a ton of questions but if there is something you don't like please just let us know before the service. 

* If you have any allergies or someone who breaks out badly using new products and require the use of your own makeup, please have it ready on hand.

* If you have your lip color picked out, please make sure you bring it to your service. Though we do not provide lip products we can and will apply it for you.

* We do not have set times for women to have services done. For this reason, the best way to ensure we are not waiting around for the next client, is to make sure at least three women are ready to go at any time. Also asking your women to stay in the room/house helps.

* * Please bring with you and wear a button up shirt or a robe for your services this will ensure that once the service is over and you're getting dressed for the event, your style will stay in place.

* If possible, please have inspo pictures ready on hand before your services. If you are stuck between a few we are always there to help you decide what would work best with your skin tone, eye color and dress color.

Other Details

* We want to make sure you love your services, so if there is anything that you do not like please say something to us. You don't need to feel bad or guilty! We would rather fix it or tweak it to make it perfect for your liking!

* Before we leave, we do offer free touchups, that way you are absolutely photo ready!

* Starting this year in 2022 each client receiving makeup services will be left with a free client touch up bag for their makeup services!

* One of the most important things to remember and what we can't stress enough is the beauty timeline. Though it may seem like the morning getting ready process will take a while, we can ensure you it does go by very fast. It is so important our stylists are not waiting around for a client. 

* We make sure we have more than enough time to cover everyone that is on the contract. Any add on requests will have to wait until everyone on the contract has been serviced. Then those requests are at the stylist's discretion pending the timeline permits it.

* Remember to snack on something and drink water. Especially the bride and mothers, everyone needs to remember to eat or snack. We have seen to many brides and bridesmaids pass out!

* Remember to relax and have fun. We are here to help provide a stress-free experience.
